The boat is in Extremely good condition with no apparent wear on any of the cushions. There are 2 separate Marine Air Systems Air Conditioner/Heaters pushing out 16000 BTU's.
There is also a Kohler 8KW generator with only 40 hours on it, and an 11 Gallon Hot Water Heater/Tank.
The Current owner had a Bow Thruster put in which he loves to use for Docking.
There were no apparent flaws in any of the seating or equipment.
The seller tells me that the Autopilot has not worked since he got the boat but he was never going to use it, the Windlass does not work and the Trim Tabs May not work. The ice maker does not currently work but it has just been taken out and brought to be repaired so will most likely be working when the boat is sold.
